Exciting activity sessions tailored to develop life skills and football skills in a fun, friendly environment.

We run a number of weekend and midweek term-time clubs catering to children of all ages.

At Football Funatics, we believe in promoting gender equality and creating an inclusive environment for all children who are interested in learning and playing football. Therefore, our regular football classes are mixed in gender, allowing boys and girls to train and play together, which we believe helps to break down gender barriers and promotes equal opportunities for all. However, we understand that some girls may feel more comfortable in a girls-only class, especially during their early years. Therefore, we also offer a girls-only class for ages 8 to 11, where girls can develop their skills in a more tailored and supportive environment. We strive to provide a safe and inclusive space for all children to learn and play football, regardless of their gender or background.

Just a little insider in to why we do what we do at Football Funatics… We originally started as a way for our coaches to stay involved in football as we got older, before noticing a big problem with children entering football. Some kids have all the desire to start their journey but lack the skills or confidence of their peers, so they play at school or with siblings/parents at home but are scared to join a team for fear of being told ‘your not good enough.’ We decided to bridge that gap and give children of all abilities a safe space to learn to play, improve their skills and find other kids just like them. Years later and we have built many groups where kids come to meet their friends, experience football without the pressure and just get to be kids, eventually (if we done our job properly) these kids move on to play for teams and get to experience the wonderful journey that is football and that makes us happier than you could imagine and when we receive messages like this it gives us the motivation to keep doing what we do best!
